Position: Sous Chef OEM-Banquets

About: The Sous Chef-Banquets at the Queen Mary Hotel is responsible for assisting in the preparation of all food items for Banquets Outlets and the Employee Cafeteria while upholding high standards of quality and safety. The Queen Mary Hotel offers unique accommodations and attractions, embodying a rich history of transatlantic travel during the 30s, 40s, and 50s. Evolution Hospitality, as part of Aimbridge, focuses on creating lifestyle experiences in hotels, restaurants, and bars across North America.

Requirements: At least 3 years of progressive Banquet Kitchen experience in a hotel or related field; computer proficiency in Company-approved spreadsheets and word processing; supervisory experience; valid driver’s license for the applicable state; clear communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work well under pressure and handle workplace problems effectively; understanding of financial information and basic arithmetic; effective leadership and training skills
