Requirements: One or more years of work experience as a Sous Chef or Assistant Culinary Director in a commercial kitchen; Current ServSafe Certification and Food Handlers permit required; Effective communication skills in English; Ability to calculate recipes and costing; Skills in preparing dishes for specialized diets
