Position: Sous Chef job
About: Yard House is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team and lead the charge in delivering high quality, great tasting food in a vibrant atmosphere filled with classic rock and craft beer. The Sous Chef will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a positive work environment for team members and exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred; strong culinary passion and commitment to guest service; demonstrated leadership and team development skills; knowledge of operational systems and processes; stable job history with career progression
