Position: Sous Chef job
About: Sodexo at UTSW in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in the day-to-day operations of catering activities. The ideal candidate will be a culinarian leader knowledgeable of HACCP, kitchen operations, menu planning, and inventory management. ARG Catering by Sodexo is a full-service catering operation serving customers across the UT Southwestern Campus, requiring a flexible work schedule.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; strong culinary background with the ability to stay current with new culinary trends; excellent leadership and communication skills; strong coaching and employee development
