About: Black Point Inn, located on Prouts Neck in Scarborough, Maine, is seeking the right candidate to become our next Sous Chef. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an independent, Maine-based hotel management company, Migis Hotel Group. The Sous Chef position is an entry-level to management, seasonal position with the potential for growth and opportunity. Our Sous Chef is encouraged to be creative, present new ideas, and work directly with the Executive Chef to support the Culinary Team.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 3 years culinary experience required; management experience preferred
