Position: SOUS CHEF job
About: Hyatt, a renowned hospitality company known for exceeding expectations and providing outstanding rewards, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join their dynamic culinary team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef to maintain quality standards and ensure a positive guest experience in the absence of the Executive Sous Chef.
Requirements: In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations; strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills; experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service; proficient in general computer knowledge; culinary education and/or on-the-job training, hotel experience preferred; geographic and schedule flexibility preferred
