Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; 3 years of culinary experience; extensive knowledge of menu development, marketing, cost and wage controls; thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and proper preparations; Cleveland County Food Handler Certification, Oklahoma ABLE Liquor License, TIPs/RServing/ServSafe certifications within the first 30 days; ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds regularly; flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
