Position: SOUS CHEF – HARD ROCK CAFE

About: Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Food Outlet Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing food preparation on all shifts to ensure quality food and guest satisfaction, coordinating with front-of-the-house staff for effective service coordination.

Requirements: Minimum of 8 years progressive food preparation experience or completion of a culinary arts degree or accredited apprenticeship with 4 years of progressive food preparation experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Must obtain and maintain all required licenses/certifications, pass background checks and drug screenings, be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, and available to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, food safety practices, food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, organizational skills, budgeting, and financial understanding. Excellent communication skills, ability to project professionalism, flexibility in working schedules, and proficiency in managing cash flow and asset security.
