Position: Sous Chef – Dick’s Sporting Goods Park
About: Legends & ASM Global, two leading companies in sports, entertainment, and live events, are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their team at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. This role will involve overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of production, operation, and sanitation throughout the facility.
Requirements: Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation; Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a high-volume full-service food operation; Proven track record in improving kitchen efficiencies, quality, and costs; Excellent leadership, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills; Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and equipment maintenance; Detail-oriented, organized, and quick learner; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Flexible to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; Open to travel when required
