Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in wine service in a restaurant or a related field; Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS) at the Certified Sommelier level or higher; WSET Level 2 or 3 certification preferred; Strong knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and pairings; Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey wine knowledge clearly and enthusiastically; A flexible schedule, with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
