Position: Sole Chef – Private 29m Yacht
About: Join a 29m Princess, privately owned, foreign-flagged yacht with a crew of 6, including the chef. The crew enjoys a healthy, mostly Mediterranean diet and the galley is visible to guests, requiring cleanliness and tidiness at all times. Itinerary includes summers in the Hamptons, winters in Miami and the Caribbean, with occasional parties for up to 20 guests and a family program with children on board.
Requirements: Male or female Chef, culinary trained, with an emphasis on healthy cooking; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and a positive attitude
