Position: SK144 – Full Time Housekeeper – Manhattan
About: British American Household Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced housekeeper to join a wonderful family of 5 located on the Upper East Side of NYC. The role is live-out in the city and live-in in the Hamptons for the Summers. The schedule in NYC is Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm, for 45 hours per week guaranteed. In the Hamptons, the schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 7am-7pm, with flexibility. The family has 3 elementary aged children with their own nanny and additional staff in the home. This position requires someone proactive, flexible, possessing exceptional housekeeping skills, and a team player. Ability to support with light child care is a plus.
Requirements: Previous experience as a housekeeper; exceptional hands-on housekeeping skills including laundry, ironing, packing, and unpacking; ability to work independently and as part of a team; good communication skills and a friendly demeanor; comfortable traveling to the Hamptons in the summer; comfortable around kids; must have a US Passport, Green Card, or EAC; valid Driver’s license is a huge plus but not a requirement
