Position: Ship From Club Supervisor Full Time

The Ship from Club (SFC) Supervisor is responsible for leading and driving club performance, managing departments, and ensuring an outstanding member experience.
Requirements: Must have at minimum 1 year experience of overseeing a team of 5 or more employees within a professional setting; Goal setting for performance and meeting deadlines; Organizing workflow; Assigning tasks, supporting staff, and reporting to Club Management; Monitoring employee productivity; Communicating with Club Leadership; Demonstrate leadership capabilities; Committed to driving outstanding service to all Members; Open shift availability required; Must be 18 years of age; Previous order pulling experience preferred; Previous RF scanner experience preferred; Computer proficiency required
