Position: Service Staff IV (Housekeeping)
About: Temple University Facilities Management Department is seeking Housekeepers to join their team. The Service Staff IV will be responsible for general housekeeping duties within designated areas, including floor maintenance, cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors, and other university spaces. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness in various university areas and providing on-call services as needed.
Requirements: At least one year of housekeeping experience in a business environment; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Must have adequate reading and writing skills; demonstrated ability in general housekeeping tasks like cleaning, mopping, and trash disposal; ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend frequently, work in damp locations, and provide on-call service for critical and emergency events.
