About: Red Robin is a restaurant located at 502 Cross Creek Mall (28303) in Cross Creek Mall, currently seeking Wait Staff/Team Members. As a Server at Red Robin, you will provide menu suggestions, take orders using handheld technology, serve food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests, and have the opportunity for future growth within the company as a Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong customer service skills; ability to use handheld technology for order-taking; enthusiasm for creating an enjoyable dining experience
