About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, is seeking Servers to join their team in creating exceptional dining experiences for guests. Servers at Aulani play a crucial role in bringing the story of Aulani to life through interactions with guests and demonstrating the Hawaiian language and culture.
Requirements: Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card; Must be at least 18 years of age; Knowledge of Hawaiian language and culture; Must have previous serving experience; Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; Demonstrated excellent guest service and service recovery skills; Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
