Position: Server (Mercado)
About: From the creators of Butchertown Hall, Mercado is a beautiful spacious restaurant with Tex-Mex Baja California vibes located in Wedgewood Houston, featuring a 4th-floor rooftop bar with unique panoramic views of Nashville.
Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar capacity; Must be at least 18 years of age; Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem-solving under pressure; Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service, and respectful towards colleagues and guests; Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule; Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed; Ability to take direction, work in a team environment, and autonomously; Tips certified and POS knowledge
