About: American Cruise Lines is the largest domestic cruise line with a growing fleet of riverboats and cruise ships that travel to amazing destinations across the United States. They provide exceptional cruise experiences through modern ships and a dedicated crew. American Cruise Lines is currently seeking Servers to join for the 2025 season, with anticipated training starting in February/March 2025. Servers play a crucial role as waitstaff in the shipboard restaurant, lounge, and outdoor café, representing the front line of the company’s brand by delivering exceptional guest service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least eighteen (18) years of age; American citizen or Green Card holder; ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks; physical ability to meet moderate demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking; must pass pre-employment drug test including testing for controlled substances; no consumption of alcohol allowed; grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
