About: Lowlands Group Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. Our Cafe’s offer a variety of dining experiences, from business lunches to special events, aiming to provide exceptional service that creates raving fans. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering genuine care and attention to detail to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including beers and menu items; ability to provide prompt and friendly customer service; excellent communication and teamwork skills; capacity to handle customer feedback professionally and efficiently; physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment
