About: Maggiano’s Little Italy is a special group of restaurants that operate as an extended family, with each location reflecting the history of its host city. The restaurants offer high-energy, full-service dining rooms reminiscent of pre-war Little Italy, elegant banquet facilities, and customer-friendly carryout services.
Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; familiarity with menu, wine list, liquor list, special drinks, accounting procedures, restaurant layout, and orientation materials; ability to meet punctual schedule requirements, be courteous, handle difficult guests with patience, accept constructive criticism, get along with co-workers, maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance, stand/walk for entire shifts, safely transport food and beverages, work nights, weekends, and holidays
