Position: Server job
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a dedicated Server to provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model. The Server will contribute to a positive, memorable guest experience by engaging in suggestive selling, accurately recording orders, and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and adherence to Ruby Tuesday’s service policies and procedures.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age (some states may require 21 for alcohol service); High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; No prior work experience required; Ability to provide friendly guest service and work effectively in a team; Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Understanding of proper food handling, serving techniques, and serving regulations; Proficiency in cash handling, credit card processing, and use of basic technology; Strong organizational skills, efficient time management, and attention to detail; Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and efficiency
