Position: Server job
About: A restaurant in need of a Server to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and friendly interactions. The Server will be responsible for greeting, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Requirements: Requires a minimum of one-year previous food & beverage experience; Previous cashiering experience; Solid knowledge of math and the ability to accurately make change from cash transactions; Ability to balance transactions at the end of each shift; Must be able to operate point of sale system; Ability to handle credit card transactions; Maintains a favorable working relationship with all coworkers to promote a cooperative working climate; Ability to multitask; Self-starter, adaptable, able to work with minimal direction in a high-pressure environment; Dresses according to dress code requirements; Solid organizational and collaborative skills to work in a team environment; Desire to learn and participate in restaurant improvements and enhancements; Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively verbally with guests, coworkers, and manager
