Position: Senior Sous Chef

About: Dearborn Inn Autograph Collection in Dearborn, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Culinary Manager to oversee the daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production while maintaining guest and employee satisfaction within budget constraints. This position involves leading and developing kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards and meet customer expectations in a fast-paced hospitality environment under Marriott International’s Autograph Collection brand.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related field OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage or related field. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills; Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently and maintain food safety standards; Prior experience in supervising and training employees; Proficiency in budget management and financial decision-making.
