About: Princess Cruises, a renowned name in the cruising industry and a leading international premium cruise line and tour company, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Entertainment Operations to join their team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves driving entertainment concepts’ planning and implementation to enhance guest experiences across various projects and sailings.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Entertainment, Arts Management, or a related field; minimum of 7-10 years in the entertainment industry with experience in live productions, programming, and project management, preferably in a cruise or hospitality environment; prior experience in managing large-scale projects or newbuild initiatives; strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; keen eye for detail; experience in budgeting, resource management, and vendor negotiations; ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards; must be legally authorized to work in the United States
