Position: Senior Event Planner

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; 8-10+ years’ experience in the Event Management industry – experience in the Financial Industry is a plus; proven track record in working within an organization supporting high net worth clients and high-performing employees; experience managing ticketing and arena events; excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and web-based registration software; strong knowledge in event, décor, and menu design, event-related costing, and budget generation; willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time including occasional nights and weekends
