Position: Senior Event Planner
About: Associated Bank, a leading financial institution serving over 120 communities in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota, is seeking a Senior Event Planner to collaborate, create, and execute large-scale internal meetings and client events. This role involves working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and business leaders to ensure successful outcomes within budget and tight timelines.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, business administration, or related field required; 5+ years of professional experience in event planning or hospitality industry required; corporate event experience preferred; industry accreditation like Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred; strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required; detail-oriented with a focus on flawless event execution required; ability to prioritize, lead multiple meetings, and work under pressure required; proficient in Microsoft Office tools required; experience with event planning software like Cvent preferred; able to lift 50 lbs and work evenings and weekends required
