Position: Security Shift Supervisor
About: CareWell Health Medical Center is seeking a dedicated individual to join as a Security Supervisor in the Safety and Security department. The center is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patients, staff, and visitors, aligning with the organization’s mission and values.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Valid NJ Driver License; New Jersey Security Officer Registration Act (S.O.R.A.) certified; Three to five years of experience in the law enforcement and/or security industry or equivalent combination of education and experience; Supervisory Position; Ability to work all shifts (8am-4pm/4pm-12am/12am-8am); Required to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week; Overtime may be required as needed; Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and overnight based on operational needs; Full range of body motion including handling, lifting, and restraining patients; Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
