Position: Seasonal Onsite Spring Training Event Staff
About: KSA Events, the premier host of High School Sporting Events across America, is looking for a seasonal onsite Spring Training staff member. This full-time role entails working between 36-45 hours a week. As an On-Site Event Staff member, the primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth execution of events by overseeing various on-site operations, including setting up event fields, coordinating with vendors and clients, welcoming guests, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework or event management training is a plus; previous experience in event coordination, customer service, or hospitality preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; attention to detail and proactive attitude; physical stamina for lifting and moving event equipment; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
