Position: Seasonal Barback – Soho House Chicago
About: At Soho House, a barback is responsible for assisting the bartenders in providing quality service to all guests, ensuring efficient bar operations by stocking and maintaining supplies, and supporting the overall smooth functioning of the bar environment. This is a seasonal position at Soho House running from April 30 to September 30.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year working in F&B operation or eagerness to learn; ability to understand and follow instructions; detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; basic verbal communication skills; ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Must be able to handle physical requirements such as lifting at least 40 pounds, standing for at least 8 hours, and moving quickly around the establishment.
