Position: Room Service Specialty Room Chef – Red Rock
About: Responsible for managing and leading the unit in all forecasting, cost controls, and budget creation to meet financial goals. Oversees departments to ensure compliance with specifications, guidelines, and health regulations. Maintains kitchens and equipment in good working order for a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements: Food and Beverage and Culinary experience in high-volume settings with P&L responsibilities preferred; strong leadership skills; effective communication; sound decision-making; comprehensive food knowledge including profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control, and sanitation; ability to work in various kitchen environments and follow guidelines for scheduling, payroll, ordering, and inventories.
