Position: Rolex Concierge
About: Rolex Boutique Concierge is a pivotal role within the boutique, responsible for providing unparalleled service to clients and ensuring an exceptional experience while showcasing the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship. This position requires a blend of hospitality, product knowledge, and a passion for luxury timepieces. This is a support role to leadership and sales team.
Requirements: Experience in luxury retail or hospitality highly desirable; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong focus on delivering exceptional service and anticipating client needs; keen eye for detail, particularly in presentation and service delivery; genuine interest in luxury timepieces, particularly Rolex, and understanding of luxury retail dynamics; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment
