Position: Retail Store Operations Internship

The intern will play a crucial role in supporting operational programs and daily store operations.
Requirements: Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0; Reliable transportation to Freeport Maine HQ required; Previous retail store experience preferred; Ability to work a variable schedule including nights and weekends; Passion for the outdoors and L.L.Bean’s core activities; Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate others; Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; Excellent time management and organization skills; Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; Interest in the outdoor apparel and gear industry; Previous customer service experience required; Strong business acumen and ability to achieve sales and service goals; Flexible schedule to support retail stores as needed
