Position: Restaurant Supervisor

The Supervisor role involves overseeing planning, training, and leadership to achieve sales goals, maintain cost controls, and ensure exceptional guest service and product quality while upholding CSC’s operating standards.
Requirements: Be a key support person for the GM as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick. Understand and adhere/comply to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Ensure welcoming and courteous service for all guests. Consistently prepare and serve products according to CSC standards. Control cash handling procedures. Make employment decisions aligned with GM guidelines. Fill in operationally as needed. Develop staff and maintain equipment. Oversee performance appraisals and labor scheduling. Adhere to Brand Standards for appearance and grooming.
