Position: RESTAURANT MANAGERS

About: Seeking a highly motivated, energetic, innovative Restaurant Managers. Must have strong work ethics, attention to detail, proven loyalty and longevity, and great interpersonal skills.

Requirements: Bachelor degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts or related field; Five (5) years of management leadership in an upscale restaurant (front and back of house) experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; Administers, directs, and controls the operations of the restaurant; Accountable for achieving budgeted revenues/profits, while maintaining operational and service standards; Has full knowledge and understanding of restaurant’s handbook; Adheres to and enforces those in a fair and consistent manner; Strict adherence and enforcement of restaurant’s code of business conduct; Extensive bar and wine experience; Must understand and be able to execute grass roots marketing; Experience in sales, cost and P&L; Responsible for generating annual restaurant budget, monitors period profit and loss statement; Monitors department salary and hourly wage structure; Computer literate in word, excel, POS, Open Table; Follows safety and security procedures and rules; Monitor service trends by speaking with guests and reviewing written guest comment cards and guest tracking information to ensure brand and restaurant service standards are achieved; Resolve all service issues via verbal and/or written communication to the complete satisfaction of restaurant customers; Project enthusiastic, optimistic, helpful attitude; Strong leadership skills: hires, trains and motivates team, willingness to work with and teach others; Collaborates with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals; Represents restaurant in the market and develops strategic relationships with key accounts; Reviews inventory control and selling strategy daily; Responsible for management systems – i.e.: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and restaurant micros system; Becomes involved in community affairs
