Requirements: Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role; proven customer service skills at a managerial level; extensive food and beverage knowledge; familiarity with restaurant management software; strong leadership and financial management skills; BSc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus
