Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in the food service industry; effective communication and coaching skills; ability to achieve sales projections and control expenses; must be fluent in English; math and writing skills; guest-focused with a passion for results and problem-solving abilities; physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment; able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and stretching.
