Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Wendy’s is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in creating a positive work environment and ensuring operational excellence at their restaurant locations. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, staff management, and adherence to company policies and standards.
Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience in operations; 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry; ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions; at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license; strong knowledge of Wendy’s operating systems, policies, and procedures; familiarity with state and federal employment laws; ability to train others on Wendy’s systems and employee development programs
