Position: Restaurant Manager – Holsteins Shakes and Buns

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in the Hospitality Industry; Working knowledge of general restaurant operations; Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment; Strong written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to details; Strong decision-making abilities; Food Handlers and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certifications, including all state and local requirements; Working knowledge of restaurant management software system(s); Proficient in restaurant financial management; Place orders and manage inventories accordingly; Conduct monthly inventories; Be willing to occasionally use personal device/cellular phone for job-related tasks, such as view company documents; Work daytime and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
