Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager or District Manager in a high-volume, casual dining environment; High-volume background – experience in establishments generating over $5 million in sales annually; Ability to drive sales growth and foster community relationships; Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Proficient in recruiting, training, and developing hourly employees; Solid understanding of financial management including P&L, inventory, and food/labor costs
