Requirements: Associates degree in culinary arts and 2 years of relevant professional cooking experience in resort or high-end facilities; minimum 2 years of experience as a Culinary Leader or equivalent; prior management experience in a supervisory role; strong culinary skills and knowledge in food preparation, cooking, and presentation; ability to work at a high pace and maintain a positive work environment; computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; availability to work weekends and holidays
