Position: Restaurant and Lounge Manager- Fine Dining

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years experience managing in an upscale dining environment; 3+ years bartending experience with extensive knowledge of spirits and wine; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, and liquor laws and regulations; strong computer skills; sommelier or extensive wine and spirit knowledge; proven experience in leading a successful team; excellent problem-solving skills; experience in developing activations; union management experience preferred
