Position: Resort Services Director
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Director of Resort Services to lead the operational division responsible for call center operations. This position plays a pivotal role in maximizing hotel room sales and bookings, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving revenue generation in alignment with business objectives. The Director will oversee various aspects of room reservations, partnerships with cross-functional teams, and the implementation of guest service programs and strategies, aiming to ensure exceptional service quality and market leadership within the luxury resort setting.
Requirements: Six (6) years of leadership experience in hospitality and hotel operations; Bachelor’s Degree in business, Hospitality, Hotel, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience; Highly motivated with a strong commitment to excellence in hospitality; Previous experience in a large, luxury resort preferred; Knowledge of hotel and call center operations; Understanding of hospitality management programs and systems; Demonstrated ability in maintaining high-quality service levels; Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office; Strong leadership skills and organizational abilities
