Position: Resident Concierge (Mon.- Tues., 12p to 8p; Thurs.- Sat., 4p to 12a)

The Resident Concierge plays a crucial role in creating stellar first impressions, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring exceptional experiences for our prospects and residents.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment; outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; sharp professional appearance; competent with various software, apps, and computer programs; eye for detail and ability to anticipate customer needs; customer-focused mentality; ability to lift up to 25 pounds
