Position: Resident Area Manager
About: The ISS Group is seeking a Regional Area Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring all functions, initiatives, and priorities support the customer’s overall business strategy, driving compliance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food management and innovation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred; 4+ years of food management experience, ideally in a multi-unit role; Experience with Pharma Manufacturing preferred; Strong supervisory background desirable; Excellent time management skills; Experience managing a team of 20+ employees; Client interaction experience; Manager ServSafe Certified or ability to be certified immediately after hire
