Requirements: High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent; minimum 3 years of hotel experience; supervisory experience in a hotel or related field required; knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, and Excel necessary; experience with Group Sales computer systems like Opera Sales & Catering; occasional evening and weekend work required; capable of using multiple systems simultaneously; negotiation skills a plus; self-starter with high attention to detail; flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic environment; able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods and perform daily physical tasks like stooping and bending; call center experience advantageous.
