Requirements: High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent; minimum 3 years of hotel experience; supervisory experience in a hotel or a related field; knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, and Excel required; experience with Group Sales computer systems (Opera Sales & Catering); occasional evening and weekend work required; capable of using multiple systems simultaneously; negotiation skills a plus; self-starter, results-oriented team player with high attention to detail; flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic evolving environment; able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis; call center experience a plus
