Position: Referral/Intake Manager (RN)

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Masters Degree in health care or related field preferred; Registered Nurse with current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Virginia; At least 3 to 5 years of health care management; Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel; Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community; Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, ACHC standards, and private payer practices; Demonstrates good communication, negotiation, and public skills; Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
