Position: Receptionist (Phone Operator)

The Receptionist/Phone Operator position at HOPE is crucial to the administrative team, handling the multi-line phone system and ensuring all calls are directed appropriately. This role also involves welcoming visitors, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional front desk environment in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; additional relevant experience or education preferred; one to three years of related experience or training; must obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
