Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1-3 years of customer service or receptionist experience required; Notary certification preferred; experience in a professional business environment and legal sector is a plus; excellent oral communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required; friendly and professional demeanor; experience with Microsoft Office, phone systems, and ability to lift 10-20 lbs; sedentary position involving sitting with occasional walking or standing; must see and read PC screens and fine print
