Position: Receptionist Concierge – Urgently hiring!
About: Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Concierge for nights, specifically on Thursdays and Fridays from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The Concierge will be the welcoming face and initial point of contact for the vibrant community, creating a safe and inviting environment for residents, family, and guests while handling administrative and customer service tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; clear communication in verbal and written English; proficiency in MS Office systems and experience with a multi-line phone system; strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail; friendly, approachable, and hospitality-focused attitude with professional telephone etiquette; availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
